The beer sector Shared Value in Italy is 10.2 billion.
The occupation, along the supply chain, is more than 103,400 employees; however, it is still below pre-covid levels. The tax contribution remains high: about 4.3 billion, 42% of the value generated by the industry.
The close relationship between beer producers and distribution channels is highlighted by the high margins guaranteed to the latter. The 72% of the after-tax value-added, generated by the supply chain, is held by sales and distribution
