Netcomm: E-commerce creates value for Italy

The Shared Value produced by the e-commerce supply chain in Italy in 2022 is 133.6 billion euros, equivalent to 7% of the Italian GDP of the same year and 44% of the added value of the manufacturing industry. Taking into account the indirect and direct effects, the number of workplaces that the network helps to create is 1.6 million, corresponding to 6.4% of total employment in Italy in 2022.
