CVA generates a Shared Value of approximately €547 million in Valle d’Aosta, equivalent to 10.8% of the region’s GDP.
The tax contribution, made by the supply chain, is 174 million euros, compared to 15% of total regional tax revenues.
CVA contributes to the creation of about 1,400 jobs in the region. For every four employees of the Group there are around 5 along the supply chain in the region. The Shared Value is mainly absorbed by the Region’s tax contribution, approximately 32%, corresponding to €174.5 million. The Group has avoided more than one billion tons of CO2 emissions, equivalent to around €10 million.
